Presenting 'Parcel' Mailing Solutions

IPS has designed, developed and is now distributing one of the largest and the fastest growing consistently branded range of mailing products for retail in the UK. The brand is known as the “Parcel Mailing Solution” and covers all mailing products from boxes, bags and envelopes to bubble wrap and brown paper.

Our Bespoke Process

In designing any product, we first look at the market in which the product is going to be used/sold and discuss any issues or problems that the customer may have previously encountered when using or selling the product. We assess what the customer wants to achieve with the product (quality, pricing, retail display) and we then proceed to develop a solution ensuring that it addresses the findings. With the mailing solutions, we did not just produce a box or a bag... we addressed the common problems facing our customers and tailored our solutions accordingly. The result was a unique mailing solution which has:

• a detailed Posting Pricing Guide telling end customers exactly how Pricing in Proportion and the new Royal Mail guidelines work for that specific product (fig. 1)
• a product and size guide to help the customer decide which Solution to buy depending on what he or she wants to mail
• a large area for Postage Labels designed to allow the full size labels produced by Post Offices to be adhered to the Mailing product in a tidy way (fig. 2)
• easy-to assemble instructions clearly printed on the boxes been produced using bright eye-catching colours to improve the display of the retailer

Our mailing solutions ranges are continually redesigned and updated to ensure they are in line with current Royal Mail specifications and guidelines (fig. 3)
